अभ्यास करना होगा – अच्छे लोगों के साथ बैठने का अभ्यास, बुरों से दूर रहने का अभ्यास, वाणी में नियन्त्रण का अभ्यास,

अपने अन्दर विकारों को न जगने देने का अभ्यास।
